This 400 m² art deco villa has been fully renovated and offers spacious living spaces for your receptions, a kitchen equipped with professional-grade materials, and a big terrace on stilts where you can admire the view over the Lagoon.
The sleeping area includes six bedrooms with modern décor, each with an independent shower room for luxury levels of comfort. You can choose between two single beds or one king-size bed. The modular dining areas will be adjusted to your needs and requests before you arrive (number of table and chairs).
Step outside the villa and discover the 34 hectares of the domain and enjoy your own private beach.

Carpe Diem villa is centrally located in the resort near the aviary (where you will find the domain’s animals), hiking trails, and the beach volleyball and badminton courts. You will be spoiled for choice with a range of activities that both young and old will love.
Activities on the domain during your stay
Les Étangs de la Bassée includes a variety of open-air leisure activities in your stay to liven up your days. Take a deep breath of oxygen and recharge, then discover or train in a variety of water or land sports.
Enjoy free access to the domain’s equipment, such as ping pong tables, football goals, the beachball and badminton facilities and the petanque court. Are you drawn to the water and water sports? Take a trip in your rowboat, go paddleboarding, fishing or swimming. You can also enjoy a charming moment with your children as you meet the animals at the aviary. You can book a sports coach for yoga, Pilates or running lessons, as well. For a well-deserved moment of rest and relaxation, book a massage, either just for you or with someone else.
