Carpe Diem Villa
Nestled in the heart of the Étangs de la Bassée estate, surrounded by water, the fully renovated 400 m² Villa Carpe Diem is the ideal place for your receptions. For a weekend or a festive stay with family or friends, the villa offers you all the comfort you need to organise your customised event.
With a capacity of up to 100 people seated (and 120 people with specific arrangements on request), the villa can be entirely privatised. Its various reception areas of 200 m² and its 150 m² terrace on stilts, with a view of the lagoon, will enable you to create your own customised event. The villa is equipped with a large kitchen with professional equipment. The dining areas are flexible and can be arranged according to your needs and requests before your arrival (number of tables and chairs on request).
Its night space is composed of 6 bedrooms with a tasteful decoration and 6 private bathrooms. The night space of Villa Carpe Diem can accommodate 12 people.
Ideally located between the Idylle and Arôme ponds, the Club House welcomes you for a day or a festive weekend. Its 130 m² of space is divided between a 70 m² reception area with a fully equipped kitchen and a 60 m² covered terrace with a panoramic view of the ponds. It can accommodate up to 50 people seated and 100 with the awning.
