How to get to Les Étangs de la Bassée ?
Arriving by car
From Paris: less than one hour. Take the A86 towards Créteil. Take the N104 (Francilienne). Take the A5B towards Lyon and take exit no. 18, Marolles-sur-Seine. Continue on the D411 and cross the village of La Tombe. Turn left on D77a and continue 1.2 km. Les Étangs de la Bassée will be on the left.
Continue on Chemin de la Tombe, and you will arrive at the car park at 6 Chemin de la Tombe in Gravon (postcode 77118).
From Lyon: 3.5 hours
Free parking for your vehicle. Electric charging stations are available.
Arriving by train
From Paris Gare de Lyon, take the TER (regional train) to Montereau-Fault-Yonne.
Arriving by plane
From Paris, Les Étangs de la Bassée is 80 km from Orly airport (ORY) and 96 km from Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG).
Arriving by helicopter
Arrive in 30 minutes from the heliports in Issy-les-Moulineaux or Saint-Cyr-L’Ecole (southwest of Paris).

Who will give me the keys for my rental?
You will be welcomed by the domain’s manager or a member of the team at Les Étangs de la Bassée, who will give you your keys.
When you leave, you can drop them off in the box provided, which we will show you when you arrive.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 4 PM.
Check-out ends at 10 AM.
The times may change depending on the season; contact us for any specific requests.
When you make your booking, you will receive an email with all the information needed for your arrival.
Can I bring my pet?
Dogs are allowed on the resort on the sole condition that owners inform the domain manager before they arrive.
For safety reasons, the domain manager may refuse certain types of dogs.
Owners are fully responsible for their dogs. Owners must keep their dogs on a lead during walks and collect all their waste.
Owners must make sure that their dogs do not damage the furniture or equipment in the rentals.
No other types of pets are allowed at Les Étangs de la Bassée without prior permission from the domain manager.

Do the lodges have Wi-Fi?
All accommodation units have free Wi-Fi except for Ondine and Châlet lodges (reduced bandwidth).
Do I have to clean up before leaving the lodge?
You must leave the accommodation in the state it was in when you arrived.
Dishes must be stored in the cabinets, the rubbish taken out, and all the bed linen placed in the big bag we provide.
