Designed and created by a fishing and nature enthusiast, Les Étangs de la Bassée is a tourist site located less than an hour south of Paris.
The park opened in 2019 and has grown quickly, now including 30 hectares of greenery, six lakes, four lodges with all the comforts, one contemporary villa and one independent pavilion.

Les Étangs de la Bassée Paris Resort is a calm, peaceful spot to boost your well-being. It’s the ideal place to recharge with friends and family away from the big cities. The concept is simple: each lodge looks out over a lake, ensuring that you have a relaxing break, and we offer a variety of activities on the domain.

Each lodge is secluded and enjoys a terrace with all the fittings: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, etc. A rowboat is available near all the lodges so that guests can row out onto their lodge’s lake.

It is a genuine resort, and you can stay on the domain and enjoy all the activities on offer. Beach volleyball, badminton, petanque, table tennis, rowboats and more are available to enhance your stay. Each accommodation unit has a fully equipped kitchen. You can do your shopping in the supermarkets and shops nearby.

Environment

The Bray Canal runs alongside the domain and is the perfect place to set off on a hike or bike ride. Many hiking trails criss-cross the region as well.

For nature lovers, La Bassée nature reserve is located just 20 km away. It extends over 850 hectares and offers great walking and hiking opportunities. Here, you will find incredible plant and wildlife—121 species of birds, 27 species of mammals, and no less than 614 species of plants, representing 40% of the plant species in the Paris region. 

Les Étangs de la Bassée and the wider Bassée-Montois region offer magnificent landscapes whose colours change throughout the year. It’s a veritable playground for budding and experienced photographers!
